Description
Multiline Multiline lasers operate at two or more wavelengths simultaneously. We offer multiline argon (blue/green), argon/krypton (blue/yellow), and HeCd (UV/violet) ion lasers.
Air-Cooled Ion Air-cooled ion lasers produce output at a wide variety of wavelengths throughout the visible spectral region. They are available in single-line (wavelength), multiline, and line-tunable configurations.
Diode-Pumped Solid-State (DPSS) DPSS lasers combine the low power consumption of the HeNe with the high output power of an ion laser. These lasers are available with output in the blue, green, and yellow spectral regions with output power as high as 3 W.
Helium Cadmium (HeCd) Helium cadmium (HeCd) lasers operate in the deep blue (violet) or ultraviolet spectral region.
Helium Neon (HeNe) Helium Neon (HeNe) lasers are available with output in the red, green, orange, yellow, and infrared spectral regions. They are low in cost and have unsurpassed beam quality, but have relatively low output power.
Diode Laser Assemblies & Drivers Semiconductor diode laser assemblies are used extensively in OEM applications. They operate in the violet (deep blue), red and near-infrared spectral regions. They are quite small, use very little power, and have very long operating lives. In some cases, external beam conditioning is required for optimum beam quality. We also offer a variety of drivers and thermoelectric coolers for powering raw diode lasers.
Single-Frequency Our blue and yellow DPSS lasers operate in a single longitudinal mode, providing a very long, instantaneous coherence length. Our stabilized HeNe system also produces an extremely narrow line width with a long coherence length that can be maintained for hours.
Laser Accessories Melles Griot offers a wide variety of laser accessories including mounts, fiber-optic delivery systems, collimators and beam expanders, and laser safety eyewear.
Handheld Laser Pointers Laser pointers are available with red or green output and power up to 4 mW.
